Irisize.com works fine for both PC and Mac. It works in Windows 98 and above, and Mac OS X and above.

Works in most browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Opera, Safari, and many others (in Internet Explorer from version 6, Netscape from version 5, Mozilla from version 1.5 for PC and Safari from version 2.0 for Mac).

What email platforms does this work with?

Are there any restrictions on digital photo or image size?
There are no restrictions. However, very large images will take longer to upload to Irisize.com.

How can I decrease my digital photo or image upload times?
The Irisize.com image uploader has sophisticated image compression. However, if you use very large image files (over 1 MB.), it will take longer.

What kinds of file formats does Irisize support?
Irisize.com works with any and all .jpg files only.

Irisize.com is an online service hosted by Irisize.com that lets anyone upload images, host them, and then output the images as needed.

Enterprise is a downloadable desktop version of Irisize.com with similar functionality that can be hosted locally by the user.

What's an SDK?

What's Iris SDK used for?
Iris SDK is a way for existing software companies to integrate their applications into Irisize.com and allow their customers access to Irisize.com functionality.

What is Active X?
Active X is a plug-in that most Windows-based computers come with, and all Windows XP operating systems.

Do I have Active X installed on my computer?
If you have a PC running Windows, you most probably do. If you have a Mac, you do not.

Why is it advantageous to use the Iris Uploader?
The Iris Uploader allows you to drag-and-drop images, edit them, and compress them before uploading. This dramatically speeds up the time it takes to upload images for Irisize.com.

Does the Iris Uploader work for PC and Mac?
The Iris Uploader only works for Windows-based PC's because you need Active X for it to work. If you own a Mac, you can still upload images, but through our basic image uploader.
